Interesting Man Riding Dragon Hand Painted Framed Board

I have no clue about the artist, but it is signed Tony 92'. It painted on some sort of hardened cork board and framed with wood pieces. It measures approx. 12.5 x 7 at the longest points. Ready to hang.
