You are looking at a used 4x4 switch from a 2011 Chevy Avalanche. This switch should fit 2007-2014 Chevy Tahoe, Suburban, Silverado and Avalanche. Please see pictures and part numbers  to make sure yours is the same as this one. All switches worked when removed. Condition is Used. We pull all our parts in the day time and test them to make sure they work but cant see if the back lights work, some or all maybe burnout. USPS shipping will be free for lower 48 states only.
