The floral arrangement will be made when you order it and according to your specifications & wishes. This vase is water resistant. The ribbon has been decoupaged. It can get wet, but if you leave it soaking in water for several hours the embellishments will come off. I soaked the jar in water for 30 minutes and the embellishments didn’t budge.
