Easily make healthy and delicious juices yourself - with this steam juicer you can juice almost anything, from fruit to vegetables to various herbs. The juicer is made of stainless steel and consists of a water container in which the steam is generated, a juice collection container with a drain hose and a fruit basket with a matching glass lid. With the steam juicer you can easily juice smaller quantities as well as several kilograms of fruit or vegetables. The water vapor previously generated in the water container rises through a funnel in the collecting container into the fruit basket. The heat of the steam causes the plant cells to burst and the juice flows through the holes in the fruit basket into the collecting container. Due to this gentle process, no sensitive vitamins and nutrients are destroyed. In addition, the vegetables or fruit do not have to be laboriously peeled or de-seeded beforehand.
