Use these rails with mattress and box spring sets, or with platform beds that have a solid base. The bedrails can be installed on both sides of an adult-size twin, double, or queen bed. They are safe for children 2-5 years old. This set of guard rails is not intended for adults, and is not compatible with cribs, toddler beds, bunk beds, water beds, inflatable mattresses, or beds with slats.
