When you are not satisfied with my products, please contact me directly. The products may have a manufacturing defect, they may have been damaged in the shipping, sometimes the post office may or may not deliver late, for whatever reason, please let me know directly. Depending on the situation, I can either resend the same product or refund your money in full.
