Condition: This MINT stamp is in excellent condition with no smears or stains. The stamp has not been previously hinged.

Background To Issue: This service provided boxholder to boxholder business mail, for faster service between inner city post offices. Self Adhesive stamp labels were sold in boxes of 100 for $30.00. Each label had a nominal value of 30c. The service ceased on December 31, 1994.
