In my opinion this 1st issue of Nintendo Power SMB 2 is in pretty good physical condition. I would like to take the time to point out its flaws. The corners of the magazine have some folding but no tears on top or bottom corners. The bottom corner on the spline side of the magazine has a small tear. The poster is included with this magazine & it was never removed or torn out , however there is a page in the back of the magazine where a sweepstakes entry was removed along the perforated edge to enter a contest & is no longer in tack. Please see pictures as they clearly show flaws mentioned.
