• Before returning it to us, please ensure that there is nothing else in the item or box (such as return documents, email copies).
• Any postage label or return document must be affixed to the outer box.
• The refund will depend specifically on the original payment method.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund it upon return.
• The return or exchange postage only applies to the buyer's error.
• If the item is in good condition, we will issue a refund (excluding round-trip shipping).
• Goods with damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.
• The buyer is responsible for returning the goods and packaging them properly.
• After receiving the product, we will immediately refund/replace it.
