For your consideration we are offering this antique flow blue souvenir plate featuring the capitol building at Charleston, West Virginia surrounded by images of prominent buildings of that era. Plate was made in Staffordshire, England. Base of plate has stamped printing "Made In England for Wagner & Hart - Charleston W.Va." It measures 10" dia. Very good + condition. No chips or cracks. A couple of pin point size flea bites in the rim. We will consider a reasonable offer.
