Victor QL-Y66F Fully Automatic Direct-Drive Turntable in Very Good Condition.

Description

The turntable is 35cm in diameter, weighs 2.9kg (including mat), and has a mass of inertia of 560kg-cm2. This increases the inertial mass by more than 30% compared to a 30cm turntable of the same weight and shape, and improves the basic rotational performance.
To reduce the increased bearing load and friction caused by the heavy turntable and the downward force applied by the load of the rotor magnets, a magnetic support DD motor is used.
In the magnetic support system, the rotor is located on the underside of the rotor yoke and the attractive force acts upward. This reduces the bearing load to only about 500g, which is about 1/10 of that of the conventional method. As a result, noise and wear caused by bearing friction are reduced.
The tone arm uses an ED (electro-dynamic) servo arm.
The ED servo tone arm is an electronic Q-damping arm in which two sets of coreless linear motors directly connected to horizontal and vertical bearings detect arm vibration and generate reverse torque through microcomputer feedback control to cancel the vibration. This suppresses needle skipping and intermodulation distortion induced by low-frequency resonance. In addition, the arm can be operated fully automatically without touching the arm itself by using the volume control and buttons.
Manual operation is also supported, allowing the arm to be moved by hand.
The arm pipe interchangeable system allows straight and S-shaped arm pipes to be freely interchanged.
The arm height can also be adjusted. In addition, the dynamic balance system is employed so that the arm's operation is not affected even if the player tilts.
The cabinet is made of rose tone all-wood cabinet with mirror finish.
The servo circuit uses a double servo quartz circuit with quartz lock stability 30 times higher than conventional circuits.
It is equipped with a turntable independent start/stop switch that can be utilized for manual operation, etc.
