Here is a very interesting item about which I have found limited information, hopefully someone with more knowledge about this 45 will know exactly what I have here.

I found this test pressing 45 at a flea market recently - It has no identifying information on the labels.   Upon playing it I recognized the style as being the slow grinding distorted industrial punk early sound of the New York avant-garde noise punk band The Swans, sounds as if the music was recorded through microphones that were placed at a distance from the musicians and the amps.  Further Google'ing of the matrix information revealed that the record was produced and mastered by Mark Richardson at Prairie Cat Studios, and that's about all I was able to discover through internet research - Here is the matrix information:

SIDE 1:  SH-001-A   U-62114M-A   PCMTR (or PCMJR)  (U)
SIDE 2:  SH-001-B   U-62114M-B  PCMTR (or PCMJR)   (U)

I can supply mp3's of both sides if you get in touch.

Condition of record is a high VG++/low EX with a few light surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play.  Labels have no real flaws.

This 45 could very well be a one of a kind item that would be of great interest to those into the early Swans or similar avant-garde distorted grinding noise punk.  I have absolutely no idea what I actually have here or its value, so I am listing this with a reasonable price given what I know about it.
