Technical description:
The module has four signal input terminals, namely "K1", "K2", "S1" and "S2". K1 is the input terminal of forward rotation signal, K2 is the input terminal of reverse rotation signal, S2 is the input terminal of forward rotation limiting signal and S2 is the input terminal of reverse limiting signal. Signal input source can be selected from micro switch, induction, infrared, metal, remote control and other modules, can also be controlled by single chip microcomputer.
Working mode:
Mode 0 (default) :
In self-locking mode, the signal only needs to be triggered once, and the module self-locks to keep running.
When the reverse signal is encountered during the forward rotation, stop for 0.3 seconds immediately, and then enter the reverse rotation;
The limit signal has priority. When it encounters the forward rotation, the limit signal will stop immediately.
When there is a forward rotation limit signal, the forward rotation cannot be started, and the same is true for reverse rotation.
When the low level, i.e. short-term 0V level (negative power supply) will be activated, the forward and reverse rotation signals are effective;
Limit signal normally open; (For example, when the SW1 switch is closed or connected to a low power level, forward rotation cannot begin.)
Only one limit signal is valid at a time. For example, inputting two limit signals simultaneously during inversion cannot stop the motor rotation.
Mode 1:
The autostart version of Mode 0 adds power-on autostart, which automatically starts forward rotation every time the module is powered on. This version is better suited as a motion module between two points, which automatically works when the module is powered on.
Mode 2:
Instantaneous mode. When there is a forward rotation signal, the motor rotates forward; When there is a reversal signal, the motor reverses; When there is no forward rotation signal and reverse rotation signal, the motor stops; In the forward rotation, if there is a forward rotation limit, the forward rotation will be stopped. During rotation, if there is a reverse rotation limit signal, the reverse rotation will stop. Removing the two limits does not restore the rotation. You need to re-enter the rotation signal to start the forward and reverse rotation.
Mode 3:
Level-driven mode is functionally similar to the H-bridge and operates according to the following logic:
When there is a forward rotation signal and there is no signal at the forward limit, it will rotate forward. If there is a reverse signal and there is no signal at the reverse limit, it will reverse; This version is pure logic type, suitable for MCU signal input. Note the forward rotation priority, that is, the forward rotation is when both forward and reverse inputs satisfy the conditions.
Note the level of real time. For example, when both the forward and reverse inputs have signals, this is a forward rotation. At this point, if the forward turn signal is removed while the reverse signal is retained, it will reverse. When the motor is rotating, the limit input is invalid and the motor cannot be stopped.
Mode 4:
Start/stop mode, the function is the same as mode 0, only the following function details are different:
If the forward rotation has started, input the forward rotation signal again and it will stop immediately; If the reverse rotation has started, enter the reverse rotation signal again and it will stop immediately. For example: there is a forward signal >> immediate forward rotation; At this point, input forward rotation signal >> immediately stop forward rotation. The inversion is the same.
Mode 5:
The function is the same as mode 0, only the limit signal difference is as follows:
The limit signal is only valid for the current time (frontier effective).
For example, after starting a forward rotation, it will stop when it encounters a forward limiting signal. After stopping, the forward rotation can still be started by entering the forward rotation signal, although the forward limiting signal is still being input. This specification is usually used when the one-way starting and ending points are on the same moving circle, for example, pressing once to form a circle and pressing again to form another circle.
Mode 6:
One-button switching mode, the function is the same as mode 0, only the startup mode is different, as shown below:
Positive rotation signal input, positive rotation after triggering, then reverse rotation after triggering, reverse rotation signal input is invalid. Input a forward rotation signal, start the forward rotation, and stop the forward rotation when the forward limit signal; Enter the forward rotation signal again, start the reverse rotation, and stop the reverse rotation after the reverse rotation limit has a signal.
