This very pretty, faceted clear top/cobalt blue bottom paperweight encasing a bust of Benjamin Franklin was from The Franklin Mint in 1975 and was produced by CR D'Albret. It is part of a larger collection of famous people rendered in a similar way. It is almost 50 years old, so there are some small scratches that were acquired along the way. It is approximately 3" round.
