Vintage Madeira Bridal Handmade w/Silky Embroidered Appliqué Hankie NOS w/label

The vintage (50s-60s) never-used handkerchief with original  (Made in Madeira) label is exquisite. Three appliquéd flowers and leaf design with silvery sheen silk-like embroidery stitches dominate one corner with a dainty embroidered sprig in the other three corners. The rolled hem is stitched beautifully with border stitches at each corner. Measuring approximately 14 1/4" x 14 1/2", the material is 66% polyester/34% cotton.  

With its original label the hankie is in excellent "gift-giving" condition".
