This is an ORIGINAL 1977 ABC RECORDS CANADA TRANSPARENT YELLOW VINYL LP titled 'Aja', probably the most popular album from quirky New York rockers Donald Fagan and Walter Becker AKA Steely Dan. It is ABC Records Canada catalog number 9022-1006, gatefold cover with extensive liner notes printed inside the gatefold. The original inner sleeve with song titles was not present when I obtained this LP, so I have supplied an audiophile quality VRP non-scratching anti-static anti-dust inner sleeve.

Condition of record is a real nice EX with just a very few very tiny pinpoint size surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play. Record does have an extremely slight and barely existent dish warp which only becomes apparent when the record is placed on a turntable and which also has absolutely no effect on play - This record plays GREAT, quietly and with virtually no surface noise. Condition of gatefold cover is a high VG+ with a rectangular area of light adhesive residue near the upper left corner of the front cover where a factory sticker has apparently either fallen off or been removed at some time in the past; cover also has a little ring and contact wear and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. VRP audiophile quality inner sleeve has some very slight wrinkles, no other real flaws.
This RARE COLORED VINYL CANADA IMPORT LP would make a choice addition to any Steely Dan or 1970s classic rock record collection!
