- Displays, Cords, Power Supplies, Boards, Scanners and all other electronic components are verified to be working before removal from printer and listed for sale.
- All paper trays, feeders, and other non-electrical parts are guaranteed to be functional and fully intact unless otherwise noted.
- PRINT HEADS - All print heads are tested before removal, with the appropriate cleaning cycle level completed. This does not mean a cleaning cycle or two won't be needed upon arrival to you (Some printers such as the 8610 have multiple levels of cleaning, and it walks you through! Access to the cleaning process varies depending on the printer, but most cleaning cycles will be close to the following sequence

- If the multi level cleaning does not work for whatever reason, reach out and we can discuss options before processing a request. We have lots of knowledge on different printer issues, and it could be something simple. Worst case, if our solutions cant solve the problem, and exchange may be an option depending on availability.
