RETURNS: Returns requests are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. LILY-BEAUTY offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee; this means if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price excluding shipping. Only items sent back in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. If your item is found to be DOA (Damaged On Arrival) or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, you may make a claim within 30 days from the invoice date.
