Condition: The MINT stamp booklet is in excellent condition and has no smears or stains.  The stamps have not been hinged.

Background To issue: The stamps were issued in 60c and $1 booklets. Each booklet contained a single pane of stamps. The 60c contained (2 x 1c, 2 x 2c, 2 x 27c) and the $1 contained (2 x 1c, 2 x 2c, 1 x 3c, 1 x 10c, 3 x 27c).
