(Tried to lighten pictures to show black on black detail). Skirt and all embellishments, BEADS, SEQUINS, and GENUINE OSTRICH FEATHERS are all BLACK.
Zipper in back. Fully Lined.
Rulers in pictures: Length, 30" long. 28" waist. 80% Nylon / 20% Elastane. There is some stretch in the fabric.
Skirt is the same front and back in design and decoration. The black semi sheer fabric is the top layer over the black lining. There is an overall beaded design with the feathers that hang down from black beaded "fringe", well spaced and placed high and low all around, so there is movement and sway.
Skirt was purchased but never worn. I don't see any marks, stains or flaws in the material or missing or loose embellishments or feathers.
Calling it "Pre-Owned" in the absence of tags.
