This is a FLIGHT NASA Apollo Saturn I, IB Analog Guidance Computer Inductor Magnetic Amplifier Board.

This artifact was originally part of an Analog Flight Computer on display at the NASA Kennedy Space Center Visitor Center.

It was designed to be used in conjunction with an Inertial Guidance System to detect any deviation from a predetermined Earth Orbit Flight Path.

This technology was used for it's ruggedness and reliability.

Charles H. Bell received this hardware as partial payment for work he did on the revised Saturn Launch Control Center featured at the KSC Museum.

There are three Magnetic Inductors and five Hermetically Glass Sealed High Reliability Capacitors.

All electrically conductive traces are Gilded with the Precious Metal Gold.

The basic dimensions are:7.5 inches long by 3.75 inches deep and 2 inches high.

The 50M30961 nomenclature designates the device as being manufactured for NASA Apollo by the George Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.

It is designated as a Theta YAW and PITCH Filter.
