Used DVD set in overall very good shape. Includes the mini-comic. The outer slipcase and packaging shows some normal wear, nothing serious. The DVDs show minor signs of wear but play perfectly fine.

The slipcase has been signed by three cast members of the movie, Ken Foree, Scott Reniger and Gaylen Ross. This was signed at the Scarefest convention in Lexington Kentucky in 2013. Gaylen Ross personalized her autograph, so if you don't mind a different name than yours signed on the box, or if your name happens to be Dave then your'e good to go. The other two signatures were just straight signings with no personalization.
