BNWT Papaya Size 14 Red & White Embroidered Ruffle Off Shoulder Stripe Top

Pretty off the shoulder top. My mannequin doesn't have shoulders so hard to show that! The ruffle is heavily embroidered. It is soft 100% cotton.
