Here is a Bing & Grondahl (B&G) Llama / Alpaca / Vicuña Figurine Number 1791.

This is a very rare and incredible piece of Art Nouveau underglaze porcelain. The figurine depicts a bent over llama. It is a very realistic depiction of the South American mountain creature. It is a wonderful piece!

The figurine is factory first quality, made and hand painted in Denmark in the period 1902-1914.

The figurine is in excellent condition, with no cracks or chips or repairsNo apparent signs of wear or concern. Minor discrete normal glaze variances on base surface of figurine, see final 2 photos in particular.

The figurine measures approximately 5 1/2 inches long and 5 1/2 inches tall.
