Offered for auction is a lovely vintage 1847 Rogers Bros silverplate flatware set in the charming "First Love" pattern, 63 pieces, service for 8. The First Love pattern was introduced in 1937. All silverware is in gently used excellent condition, shiny and ready to use. No monograms, heelmarks or plate loss. It comes in its original 1847 Rogers wooden chest which is in excellent condition inside and outside.
Included in the set are:
- 8 dinner knives 9 1/4” long
- 8 dinner forks 7 1/2” long
- 8 salad / dessert forks 6 3/4” long
- 8 butter spreaders 6 1/4" long
- 16 teaspoons 6 1/8” long
- 8 oval soup spoons 7 3/8"

- 1 sugar spoon 6” long
- 1 meat fork 9" long
- 1 gravy ladle 6" long
- 3 large serving spoons 8 1/2" long
