Testing
When assets are collected our primary aim is to ensure that they are none-data bearing and all data is removed before reselling the items, where possible we will power on the device and report our finding on the listing below. This should always be used AS A VERY rough guideline as we have not fully tested this item. Any additional faults WILL NOT be compensated. Please bear this in mind before bidding.
Additional Faults
All our faulty items are strictly sold for spares or repairs, meaning we will never compensate for any additional issues which are found on the devices. Our primary aim is to give these devices a second lease of life allowing companies or individuals to learn and repair their own IT equipment saving the device from landfill, sadly with high overheads it is sometimes not possible for us to refurbish all IT assets which are collected therefore the items are sold on to be refurbished by a third party. We have sold 1000s of these items yet still manage to maintain a high feedback level. It is never our intention to deceive a potential buyer however we would advise for you to expect additional faults and budget for these before purchasing or bidding on any of our items.

The postage method can be confirmed by checking the “postage and payments” tab included in the listing including the name of the courier we will be using. All services are fully tracked with GPS and delivery photos to avoid fraudulent activity or claims. Some of our lower-value items will not qualify for next-day delivery as standard however,
If you are located in the Scottish Highlands, Isle-of-Man, Northern Ireland or remote UK areas an additional surcharge will be applied during checkout. A slightly slower service may also be used if the next day is not available. Please enquire before purchasing if this is an issue.
All our international postage is handled by eBay & and their Global Shipping Programme. We have no control over the import taxes or couriers, this is handled by eBay as we ship to eBays global shipping centre and have no control over the item once it arrives at the GSP facility. eBay will also be able to supply VAT invoices for this transaction as the supplied invoice by us will not include all import fees which are applied by eBay and the global shipping programme.

If a claim is made that the item is not as described or defective in order to obtain a free return label and this cannot be verified we will report the issue to eBay for the appropriate action to be taken against your eBay account, the return postage may be deducted from the refund. We do not sell faulty spares or repairs items on the basis that they are attempted to be repaired and then returned if they cannot be, they are strictly sold for spares or repairs. In the past we have had buyers swap parts and attempt to return the items. Due to this reason all parts and devices are security marked & if a fraudulent claim is made the cost of any removed part will be deducted from the item refund & your account will be reported to eBay.
If a fraudulent claim is made that the item is faulty and the fault cannot be replicated on return, we will report the issue to eBay for the appropriate action to be taken against your eBay account and any return postages or used consumables may be deducted from your refund.
Our items are carefully inspected cleaned and tested to the highest standard through our thorough inspection and testing procedures to ensure you are completely satisfied with the item you are purchasing and they will continue to serve a purpose for many years to come!
