Shipping Policies:


WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE 50 UNITED STATES. WE APOLOGIZE IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THESE AREAS.


1-7 business days will be required for handling shipments.


Shipments will only be sent out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week as we do not want live fish sitting at a shipping warehouse unexpectedly.


Waterfront SLC retains all discretion in delaying or canceling shipments due to local increment weather conditions. The buyer holds responsibility for checking their local weather conditions and making the decision or order live fish.




Live Arrival Guarantee


Every shipment comes with our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. This means that if your order arrives with any issues that are out of your control, we will replace the order at no charge, or offer store credit in the amount of the loss up to the amount ordered (Guarantee does not cover shipping cost, only cost of live fish). A refund of the cost of live fish only may be issued in special circumstances if it does not appear that we can send more live fish to you without significant risk to their lives. Our Live Arrival Guarantee is designed so that any shipping issue outside of your responsibility will be covered by Waterfront SLC.

The shipment must be received on the first delivery attempt, or be picked up the day of the first delivery attempt. If you miss the delivery and the package is delayed a day or more because of it, we do not accept responsibility for any losses. It is your responsibility as the buyer to check the tracking number for delivery, even if the shipping carrier leaves notice of delivery attempt.


The shipment must be sent to the correct delivery address, and not forwarded to another address unless still delivered the same day. Forwarding of packages may result in an extra day or more in transit. NOTE: If the shipping carrier forwards your shipment in error, we do cover that type of mistake.


In the event of a DOA, a clear digital picture is REQUIRED of the fish in question with the tail cut off before a replacement/store credit/refund is issued.


All claims including required digital picture must be made and/or brought to our attention via the contact seller function inside eBay within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Live Arrival Guarantee is void if the package is delivered on time but as the buyer you fail to retrieve the package in a timely manner.
