Product Description

SPH0645 I2S MEMS Microphone Breakout Sensor Board Module 1.6-3.6V for Arduino Raspberry Pi

Feature:
1. MEMS Microphone: The microphone breakout sensor board utilizes MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) technology, which employs tiny mechanical structures to create a highly sensitive microphone sensor. This design ensures high sensitivity, low noise, and a wide frequency response for accurate audio capture.
2. I2S Interface: The sound test sensor module communicates with external devices through the I2S (Inter-IC Sound) interface. This digital audio interface enables high-quality audio transmission and simplifies the process of connection and configuration.
3. High-Quality Audio Output: The microphone breakout module delivers high-quality audio output, supporting a wide range of audio frequencies and dynamic ranges. You can expect clear and immersive sound reproduction.
4. Compact and Portable: Designed with a small form factor and lightweight construction, the digital sound sensor module is suitable for compact and portable audio solutions. It can be easily integrated into various devices, making it ideal for on-the-go applications.
5. Low Power Consumption: The SPH0645LM4H microphone module incorporates a low-power design, meeting the demands of applications with limited battery life or energy consumption concerns. With simplified integration and no additional circuit complexity or components required, this module provides a user-friendly solution.

Specification:
Origin: Mainland China
Type: Module
Condition: New
The microphone is a single mono element. You can choose whether to be on the left or right channel by connecting the Select pin to power or ground. If you need stereo sound, pick up both microphones!
This I2S MEMS microphone uses a bottom port, so make sure the hole on the bottom faces outwards towards the sound you want to read. It's only a 1.6-3.6V max device, so it's not suitable for use with 5V logic (and you're unlikely to actually have a 5V logic device with I2S anyway).
Many beginner microcontroller boards do not have I2S, so make sure their interfaces are supported before trying to connect them! The microphone works best with Cortex M series chips (e.g. Arduino Zero, Feather M0) or single board computers (e.g. Raspberry Pi). Size: 16x13x3mm/0.63x0.51x0.12inch
