I bought this unframed in the early 90s and had it framed.  The frame measures 15.5" x 13.5".  The actual painting is approximately 10" x 8".  The art features a Paris scene with Notre Dame Cathedral in the background.  The River Seine is nicely painted in the background.  Signed J Bardot.  J. Bardot is a French artist who was born in the 20th Century. J. Bardot's work has been offered at auction multiple times, the latest by Link Auction Galleries in 2023.
