This item is brand new never used, it comes with the manufacturer’s warranty that starts the day you purchase the item same as any shop but may have packaging damage.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our standard procedure for large items such as freezers and washing machines will be to dispatch the product on the day that we have spoken to you for a pre-arranged delivery day. Please note our free postage offer is based on a 2 day delivery time, next day delivery is available for a small surcharge.

Please note that delivery is a curb-side delivery, our drivers are not insured to assist getting the item into your property or to install it so please make sure you have help on hand for getting the item from the pallet into your home.

Smaller items such as cooker hoods and hobs will be delivered by DPD local on a next day basis.

RETURNS

In compliance with Distance Selling Regulations, we give you 14 days to cancel or change your mind from the date you purchas any item. Should you decide you no longer want the item we will cancel it and issue you with a full refund upon return. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered in.

In compliance with the Sale Of Goods Act, returns period extends to 30 days for faulty or defective items, see warranty T&C's thereafter.

LEGAL INFORMATION

1.  Warranties and Liabilities

a.     The Company warrants that the Goods which are supplied will at the time of delivery correspond to the description which was given to the Buyer however all other warranties which are implied under the general law will be excluded.

b.     If the Goods are in such a state as would but for this condition entitle the Buyer to repudiate the contract and or claim damages from the Company, the Company reserves the right to repair or replace the Goods.

c.     The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damages, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the Company's instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without the Company's approval.

2.  Exclusion of Consequential Loss

a.     The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss suffered by the Buyer whether this loss arises from breach of a duty in contract or tort or in any other way (including loss arising from the Company's negligence). Non-exhaustive illustrations of consequential or indirect loss would be:

                                      i.        loss of profits/earnings,

                                     ii.        loss of time,

                                    iii.        damage to property of the Buyer or anyone else and

                                    iv.        personal injury to the Buyer or anyone else (except so far as such injury is attributable to the Company's negligence).

b.     Without prejudice to the generality of clause (a) above in no circumstances shall the aggregate amount of damages payable by the Company to the Buyer in respect of the Goods exceed the price of the Goods themselves.

c.     It shall be the duty of the Buyer to take out and thereafter maintain a policy of insurance against such consequential or indirect loss and to hold the Company harmless therefore.

d.     *Please note: Every effort will be taken to have your order delivered within the above timeframes however Direct Vacuums (A subsidiary of A P Taylor LTD) accept no liability for consequential loss, damage or out of pocket expenses as a result of missed promise dates.

3.  Orders and Specifications

a.     The Company reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to conform to any applicable statutory or EU requirements or, where the Goods are to be supplied to the Company's specification, which do not materially affect their quality or performance other than to rectify or improve the functionality of the product or to substitute required parts.
