Returns Policy

Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required must be returned and changing mind must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.

The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

When returning goods they must be well packed and in original condition and packaging.

Returned goods must be accompanied with original invoice or pay pal receipt and with a brief note explaining why being returned.

Please note we cant exchange goods or complete refunds until the original item has been returned in original condition.

A return done due to faulty product will be refunded fully. But if the buyer decides to return the product because of any other reason, the postage price originally paid for the delivery will be deducted from the refund amout and the return postage will be paid by the buyer too.

Any painted parts or not in original condition will not be accepted as a return.

Please note if you fail to comply with the points as above you will not receive a replacement or refund.

DAMAGES POLICY

We will not accept goods back for damages if the delivery note is signed as received in good condition.

All Royal Mail deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 24 hours.

If we are unable to replace a refund will be issued once we have received the item back

We can issue a partial refund for the damage if the buyer prefers we must be noted within 24 hours. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.

DELIVERY POLICY

We will only deliver to registered address on Ebay.
