For sale is a complete kit to allow fitment of a 300tdi Landrover Defender Alternator to a Mercedes om606 or om605 engine. The kit relocates the alternator to the opposite side of the engine from stock, allowing it to clear the steering box in Landrover applications. Unlike other kits, by repositioning the alternator to the lower left side of the engine, it is possible to run commonly available performance exhaust manifolds and large turbochargers. The kit is designed for engines running the stock power steering pump and no Aircon pump, for people using different accessory set ups (dual alternators for example) you will not require the belt, therefore please message me for a separate price.
