Sleeve is definitely in fair condition. Has ring wear and a notch on the side. Album is VG+. Plays through and does sound great. super HTF promo copy. Has a small nick on the edge of album (shown in picture) does not effect play.

Has inner sleeve however I’m not sure if that is the original.
