This is a very rare Skil brand metal toolbox.  It is setup for sanding and grinding tools and attachments.  Has some great spots to organize various tools and attachments.  The aluminum piece in the inside of the lid keeps the lid pushed out enough so it easily shuts.  Obvious wear and light rust but overall it's in great condition and is a very hard to find box.  Try finding another like it, I was not able.  It's durable and solid and will last years and years longer than anh new plastic case you can buy.
