Author Biography

Gary S. DeMoss, Author, Filmmaker, Artist With well over two decades of directing and producing original programming Mr. DeMoss' experience in broadcasting, cable, motion picture production have established him as a pioneer in the industry. As an award winning Director of Photography, he has worked on productions for virtually every major network, motion picture studios such as Warner Brothers and international production companies. He has credits on countless other award-winning documentaries and television specials too numerous to name. Mr. DeMoss began as a scribe writing screenplays for motion pictures and has also developed national commercials and documentaries for two decades. The True Story of Santa Claus actually began as a treatment for an animated motion picture and the screenplay (also written by Mr. DeMoss) was completed prior to publishing the Storybook. Mr. DeMoss has also written several other screenplays and has adapted the scripts into E Books to be released in the spring of 2012. A Graduate of University of Maryland his BA included a degree in Film and Television production and a Minor in both Dance and Theater. Married to Janis Cornell for 31 years, and the proud father of Kristen (30), Lindsay (26) and David (22) he resides on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Edgewater, Maryland.
