Stamp side: "1789-1939 New York Commemorates The 150th Anniversary of the Inauguration of George Washington". Image of Statue of Liberty. It appears someone had glued an image of New York's Rockefeller Center on top of the Statue image; that second image is now loose.

There is an unused piece of stationery inside the envelope with blue and red edges.
