Items are listed with 1st class postage for UK customers, if 2nd class postage is preferred please let me know and I will send a new invoice - 2nd class postage is £1.10.
Please note that the scans are not always a true or accurate representation of the shade or colour, they are purely intended to show the overall condition of the item, as well as the cancel, centering perfs etc.
THE STOCK CARDS USED FOR THE SCANS ARE FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY, ITEMS WILL BE SECURELY AND APPROPRIATELY PACKAGED AND DISPATCHED IN HARD BACKED ENVELOPES.
IF YOU ARE BIDDING ON SEVERAL ITEMS PLEASE WAIT FOR A COMBINED INVOICE BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT.
All items are sent by ordinary 1st class post for the UK and standard airmail for overseas, up to a value of £20. Please note that goods over the value of £20 will be sent at the customers own risk unless insured. If insurance is required, please request details and this cost will be added to the invoice.
Postage & packaging for the UK is £1.58 for standard 1st class, up to a weight of 100g; over 100g the p & p will be extra and adjusted according to the size and weight of the package.
Overseas postage: If the weight is 20g or under the postage will be £2.98 for outside the UK; over 20g postage & packaging will be according to the weight. Please wait for an invoice before paying, so that the shipping costs can be adjusted.
A certificate of posting is obtained for all orders prior to posting and you will receive an email to let you know that your item has been posted. I will normally post items within 2 days of receiving payment, but in the event of any delay I will contact you to let you know.

UM/MNH are as issued by the post office, any gum blemishes will be described in the text. Hinged stamps are graded according to the following: SM (superb mint, barely a hinge mark to be seen), VFM (very fine mint with light hinge mark), FM (fine mint hinge remainder but not heavy), VGM (very good mint, heavier hinge remainder), GM (good mint, hinge remainder may be large but not too heavy ); superb mint being the lightest with barely a hinge remainder to be seen, with varying degrees of hinge remainders, down to GM which has a heavier/larger hinge remainder but all with original gum; any gum faults i.e. toning, gum creasing, thins etc. will be mentioned in the text.
All items are described honestly & as accurately as possible, with all faults noted, ITEMS DESCRIBED AS ‘SPACE FILLERS’ WILL HAVE SEVERAL FAULTS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WISH TO KNOW ANY SPECIFIC DETAILS ABOUT THESE FAULTS?
If you are not happy when you receive your stamps, please contact us by email or telephone before posting feedback, any problems can always be resolved.
Full refunds will be given if requested, so long as the item/s are returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging, returns are not accepted for centering, perfs and postmarks, these are as scan; this also applies to items marked as ‘space filler’ as these will naturally have faults.
