How to measure the fender gap to choose suitable thickness?

  • Use the measuring device to measure from the outer of the tire to the inner fender lip,take the minimum gap after repeated measurements.
  • To avoid touching and causing friction, the thickness of spacers should be less than the fender gap,(The maximum thickness of spacer =the minimum fender gap - 12mm ) is recommended.

Installation Advice:

  • Clean the studs thoroughly and remove any excessive dirt, oil, grease etc.
  • Highly recommended use torque wrench while installing wheel spacers.
  • Do not use automatic screwdrivers while installing wheel spacers.
  • Please check all lug nuts and re-torque them after driving 20-60 miles,then re-torque again after driving 2000-3000 miles.
  • Highly recommended professional installation.
