1. Is the Mopping Performance of the X8 Hybrid Good?

It with a mop pad for light surface cleaning on hard floors. Please wet the mop cloth before mopping for a better performance. If you have carpets, please manually set a no-mop area in the app as the robot cannot detect them.

2. Is the Map Accurate and Does It Lose Itself?

It features user-friendly map management capabilities. To prevent certain map issues, we recommend not moving the charging dock after creating a map. If you have long-pile carpets at home, please set up no-go zones to avoid getting stuck.
