Very nice Dovo 5/8 MOP / Cracked Ice Solingen Germany Straight Razor. It is 5 1/2" long when closed. It comes in the factory Dovo coffin. The blade is full hollow ground and is made of stainless steel. The front of the blade has a stunning 24kt. gold etch on the front of the blade.

The tang of the razor is 24kt. gold etched and is stamped: DOVO SOLINGEN. The top edge of the blade also has some very nice 24kt. gold etching. The handles are very pretty MOP / Pearl Cracked Ice. The front handle has a 24kt. gold inlay of the Dovo logo. There is no way pictures can do this razor justice. This straight razor has gorgeous handles.

This Dovo Mother of Pearl / cracked ice Straight Razor is a 5/8" Full Ground. Dovo Solingen of Germany have been making razors for over a hundred years and today are considered to be producer of the highest standard of cut throat razors, open razors and straight razors.

Each Razor goes through over 80 labor intensive manufacturing processes to achieve the highest level of hardness, elasticity and resistance including hand honing and stropping by trained honing technicians.

The blade is made from stainless steel with 24k Gold etching and figured Spine and tang. The blade is presented in a Mother of pearl or cracked ice effect handle with the Solingen Logo inlaid into the handle.
