At his retirement, he was general manager of fleet services at Duke Energy, responsible for managing over thirteen thousand vehicles and pieces of mobile equipment valued at over $600 million, in fifty-eight locations across six states. Today, Bob is the president of Inspire High Performance, LLC, and teaches companies and organizations how to build a culture of high-performing teams.
