This says Die-Cast on box but Feels Plastic - I have No idea about the Brand / Make or the Item apart from it has come from a house clearence and was in a box in the loft with other models - Feels and looks like a vintage Sea Side Set hanging on a rack outside the shops in the late 1980s or early 1990s  -  I could be completely wrong though.
