Made from fibreglass and gelcoat and sprayed white with two pack automotive paint that is hard wearing, this helmet captures amazing detail and is a very accurate replica of those used on screen, with the added benefit of it being hard wearing and sturdy for trooping yet still comfortable and light to wear.

It has the correct amount of flare at the sides of the 'dome' of the helmet and matches the screen used profile perfectly with its beautiful a-symmetry.

The helmet has green acetate lenses as per the originals and is padded with a foam star with an elasticated chin strap with chin cup, to keep it nice and secure when wearing it.

Brass style disc fitted to the top as per the originals.

Has been weathered with 'Burnt Umber' acrylic paint to match screen used helmets (after research Burnt Umber acrylic is believed to be the shade used on the original props).

This helmet has the accurate 'kiss laminate' fitted for its cowl to make it even closer to the ones seen in The Empire Strikes Back as this is the same type of material used on the original helmets back when filming took place back in 1979.  Kiss laminate is also the material that RS Prop Masters use on their helmets.
