Vintage 80s 90s multi colored cross bust dress with a full skirt. The bust has a criss cross design and an elastic waist. 3/4 length, dolman style sleeves. There are also two hand pockets. Epaulettes on the shoulders.

The only thing to note is the belt is bent but still very usable. it's in fantastic condition.
