Your order will be usually shipped out on the same day or the next day when you paid for it.

Handling time: 1-2 business day and 2 business day on weekend (Orders are not processed on holidays).

Item is shipped to ebay address. Please leaving correct address can minimize delay.

Please contact us first when return, exchange and refund is required. Any direct return of purchased items will not be processed.

All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact,and must be accompanied by a copy of the Return Item Authorization (RMA) issued by us,and sent to the address indicated in the Return Item Authorization.We shall notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items for evaluation & investigation within seven (7) days of receiving them.

If the product is defective or damage upon arrival,please contact us immediately,we will provide the solve the problem. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date and item must be in original new condition.
