1 X 16" Vauxhall wheel trim, has kerbing / Surface marks, the back clips and fixing rail are intact, cost a fortune from the main dealer so much cheaper, to check that you get the correct size look on the wall of your tyre it will have something like the following 195/55/R16 the R16 indicates that you need a 16" trim. 

Please do not measure your trim as you will get the wrong size, please follow the instructions above to get the correct size.
