Most of our parts are disassembled and prepared for shipping or collection. However some parts may still be on a vehicle and will need to be removed. If you prefer to collect your part in person, kindly reach out to us prior to your visit to confirm its availability. We work with reputable shipping companies and take great care in packaging your item to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Please note any shipping costs included in all our listings are intended for the UK mainland.

If you require shipping on a large item that is listed for local collection then please contact us and we can make arrangements.

TERMS OF SALE:

All parts are guaranteed for 30 days (Unless otherwise stated in writing).

If any part supplied by ourselves proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned to us to exchange. If no exchange is available writhing 24 hours a refund will be given. The term "engine" refers to the cylinder head and block and the components that make these up I.e. pistons, camshafts etc. Any ancillaries left on the engine e.g. waterpump Cambelt, timing chains, power steering pumps, are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee, we always recommend these parts are changed. Gaskets and oil seals are not covered. This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour or postage charges or from any faults arising from fitting this part. All parts are marked with tamper proof markings, if they are not present on return this guarantee is automatically voided. If any part supplied has been tampered with in any way I.e. seal broken, taken apart etc the guarantee is automatically voided. Delivery is a separate contract and once completed, is non-refundable. Goods once signed for are to be returned at the customers expense. Title to the goods shall remain with NOAH AUTO SALVAGE LTD. (Until paid for in full).

It remains the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is of correct fitment. All parts are to be checked before being signed for as an acknowledgement of receiving goods in good condition.

RETURN POLICY:

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality used car parts. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a part may not meet your specific needs. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, and it may take a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
