Entochrysis stainless mounting insect pins 100 pcs size 4 entomology beetles


High quality insect pins for spreading butterflies, mounting beetles and other insects. Stainless steel with golden nylon heads. They are not rosting and are fully resistant against liquid in bodies of insects but not as hard as black ones.
This size can be used for pinning large beetles, moths and tropical butterflies and can be used for larger labelled insects - they will not turn so easily like by smaller sizes.

Entochrysis brand - Czech republic. Entochrysis is one from companies created  after splitting of famous Morpho. Morpho was producing entomological equipment officially since 1990 but unofficially they have produced some equipment as minimum decade longer. Entochrysis pins are very good and this manufacturer supplies any quantity very quickly what is not always case by others.

 Pins are packed per 100 pieces in packet.

Just for your information I am collecting micro and anophtalmous (blind) coleoptera including cave beetles, mainly Leptodirini, Trechini (in both groups I am publishing), Staphylinidae, Curculionidae, etc. In former Czechoslovakia developed school of perfectionists if we speak about spreading, mounting, storing and labeling insects.
