A great flute for students! The Ravel line is part of the Gemeinhardt company in Elkhart, Indiana - a trusted and well established brand. This flute has been cleaned and polished and the keys have been oiled and adjusted. The cork for the Eb key has also been replaced. The pads are in good condition and have a lot of life still in them.

The body is in overall great condition! There is very minor wear/ mild tarnish from regular use and age - this does not affect the playing of the instrument - this includes scratches on the lip plate. The are no dents or divots in the metal. The case is also in great condition - sturdy, lightweight, and both latches work properly (only the case itself is made in China).

This flute also comes with a plastic cleaning rod.

It is recommended to also purchase slide grease as the metal of the flute may expand or become dry due to weather conditions. (Grease not included in this listing)
