They are designed to restrict vibration and frame flex when the car is being operated with the convertible top in the up/open position.They were Produced by General Motors Corp. & the manufacturer part number is 05152303 and the OE/OEM part number is also 05152303. The weights are universal fitment and were made in the United States.
